canola oil
turkey sausage, cut diagonally
frozen hash diced brown potatoes
zucchini, halved and then cut into slices
red sweet pepper, chopped
red onion, chopped
garlic, minced
pepper
chili powder
salsa
salt

In nonstick skillet, heat oil. Add all but salsa and salt. Cook 4 - 5 minutes until browned.

Add salsa and cook until warmed. Season with salt to taste.

Preparation time: 10 minutes
Cooking time: 10 minutes
