• 2 T butter
• ½ c flour
• ½ c milk
• 2 eggs
• cinnamon

Preheat oven to 450F.

Put butter into 8" square or pie pan. Place pan in oven until butter melted. Remove pan and pour mixture into pan immediately. Sprinkle w/ cinnamon.

Bake for 15 min. at 450F. Serve immediately.

Preparation time: 5 minutes
Cooking time: 15 minutes
