Chocolate Chip Pie
- 12oz package semi-sweet chips
- 2 T milk
- 4 eggs, separated
- pinch salt
- dash vanilla
- baked pie shell
- whipped cream
Milt chips with milk over double boiler. Cool.
Add 4 egg yoks, one at a time to chocolate mixture. Beat well after each.
Add salt and vanilla.
Fold in 4 stiffly beaten egg whites.
Pour in baked pie shell. Chill over night. Serve with whipped cream
