Grilled Garlic and Butter Corn on the Cob


  • garlic bulb
  • melted butter
  • corn on the cob


Roast the garlic for 45 mins at 350.

Peel the garlic and mix with the butter.

Open up the corn husk, but do not completely remove it. Remove the corn silk.

Smear garlic-butter on corn & wrap corn up in husk tamale-style. Butter should help husk stick.

Toss on grill for 15 minutes or so. Medium heat, direct.
