1/4 c finely chopped white onion
extra virgin olive oil
1 can San Marzano Whole Tomatoes Peeled
1 T tomato paste
3 cloves garlic
3 T parmesan
1/2 t anchovy paste
1/4 t lemon juice
1/2 t onion powder
1/4 t dry basil
1/4 t dry oregano
1/4 t dry marjoram
pinch red pepper flakes

Saute the onion in olive oil until soft and taking on some color. Allow to cool.

Crush the tomatoes by hand. Add all other ingredients.

Do not heat the sauce! It will get plenty of heat when cooking the pizza.

Use a stick blender until desired constency is achieved.
