russet potatoes, peeled and cubed (1/2" - 3/4")
yellow mustard
green onion tops, thinly sliced

Make sure the potatoes are dry! Deep fry until done all the way through and crunchy on the outside. Salt immediately after removing from oil.

While the potatoes are frying, mix the mayo, mustard, cumin, and pepper. You are on your own for proportions.

After salting the potatoes, stir in the mayo mixture and the green onion tops.

Eat immediately.

This dish is by no means healthy. You should probably only eat it once a year. But it is delicious!
