Simply the best potato salad in the world.

red potatoes
scallions
Helmans mayo
celery
celery seed
garlic powder
hard boiled eggs

You are on your own for ingredient amounts!

Cut potatoes into approx. 2" squares, leaving on skin.

Boil potatoes in salted water and cool.

Add the rest of the ingreds to taste. (I've found it easier to section the potatoes, I do them smaller than quarters, before I cook them.)
