Southwestern Pita Pockets

Ingredients

  • 1 c Ortega salsa, homestyle (split)
  • ½ c mayonnaise
  • 6 pita bread, cut in half
  • 12 smoked turkey or chicken slices
  • 12 pepper jack cheese slices
  • 2 c shredded lettuce

Instructions

Combine ½ cup salsa and mayonnaise in small bowl. In each pita half, place a slice of turkey, a slice of cheese, lettuce and olives; top with remaining salsa.
