Chicken Chili Burgers
- 1 lb lean minced chicken (or turkey)
- 2 garlic cloves, crushed
- 1 red chili, seeded & finely chopped
- 1 T fresh mint, chopped
- 1 T fresh parsley, chopped
- 1 T fresh coriander, chopped
- 2 t worcestershire sauce
- olive oil
Mix together the minced chicken, garlic, chili, herbs, Worcestershire sauce and plenty of salt and pepper.
Shape the mixture into 4 even-sized burgers, then brush lightly with the oil. Preheat the grill to medium
Grill for 5 minutes on each side until well browned and cooked through. Actual time is variable, depends how flat you make them before cooking.
