Grilled Potatoes


  • potatoes, sliced ½" thick
  • canola oil
  • garlic, minced
  • dijon mustard
  • fresh rosemary, mined
  • fresh Italian parsley, minced
  • salt
  • pepper


In medium bowl, whisk together the oil, garlic, mustard, rosemary, parsley, salt and pepper. Add the potatoes and onion; toss to coat.

Grill the potatoes for 8 minutes or until soft. Turn and continue grilling 10 minutes longer or until cooked through. Remove from the grill and keep warm.

Cooking time: 15 minutes
