Spanish Mustard Beef

Ingredients

  • 2 lbs thin sliced beef
  • 2 T Dijon
  • 2 T smoked paprika
  • 4 cloves crushed garlic
  • ¼ c sherry vinegar
  • ¼ c light olive oil
  • salt & pepper to taste

Instructions

Only marinate 1 hour. Cook over high heat to desired doneness.
