Steak & Ale Marinade
Ugh. I don't know what was here, but it certainly wasn't anything approaching Steak & Ale's marinate. The following is much closer.
Ingredients
- 3 ½ c pineapple juice
- 1 c soy sauce
- 1 c good dry sherry
- ½ red wine vinegar
- ¾ c sugar
- 2 T minced garlic
Instructions
Mix and marinate steak for 24 hours.
