Steak & Ale Marinade


  • ½ cup Ketchup
  • ⅓ cup Tomato juice
  • ¼ cup Red wine


Soak wooden skewers in cool water for one hour. Place asparagus in sealable bag and marinate with Italian dressing for 30 minutes.

Remove asparagus from dressing and thread about 8 asparagus per skewer. Preheat grill to 450 degrees. Add asparagus to grill and cook for about 2 minutes per side.
