1 T salt
1 T ground bay leaf
1 T ground allspice
2 T ground pepper
1 T ground white pepper
1 t ground mace
1 t celery seed
1 T onion powder
1 t granulated garlic
1 T onion flake
1 T dried minced garlic

This recipe continues to evolve. The latest change was to remove the cinnamon and nutmeg. It made the Beau Monde taste like pumpkin pie.
