Pico de Gallo

Ingredients

  • 4-5 roma tomatoes
  • 2-3 tomatillos
  • cilantro
  • 1-? jalapeno peppers
  • ½ white onion
  • 1 lime
  • salt

Remove seeds and finely chop up the tomato and tomatillo. Finely chop the onion.

Seed then finely chop up the peppers.

Chop up the leaves and some of the tender stems of the cilantro.

Mix all ingredients and salt to taste. Allow to rest.
