fresh spinach
bean sprouts
8 slices bacon, fried & crumbled
3 hard-boiled eggs, chopped
1/2 c sugar
1/2 c vegetable oil
1/3 c ketchup
1/4 c red wine vinegar
1 t worcestershire sauce
1 onion, sliced
3 cloves garlic, crushed
salt & pepper

Mix dressing ingredients (last 8 ingredients) and pour over other salad ingredients. Toss and serve immediately.

The salad dressing can be stored for up to one week in glass jar in refrigerator.
