1 head cabbage
14 oz bottle Heinz ketchup
3/4 c cider vinegar
1 small jar dill pickle relish
1/2 c sugar
2 T chili powder
1 1/2 T black pepper
1 T salt

Grate cabbage. Mix all ingredients. Allow to rest overnight.

I know this sounds somewhat weird, but this is delicious in pulled pork sandwiches.

Preparation time: 10 minutes
Resting time: 24 hours
