Chocolate Oat Bar Bites

Ingredients

  • ½ c almond butter
  • ¼ c honey
  • ¼ c unsalted butter or coconut oil
  • 1 ½ c old fashioned oats
  • ¼ c flaked unsweetened coconut
  • ½ c mini chocolate chips

Instructions

melt almond butter, unsalted butter, and honey in microwave. Stir.

Add oats and combine well. Stir in coconut and chocolate chips.

Place in parchment paper lined 8 x 8 pan - adjust pan size depending on whether thin or thick bars are desired.

Refridgerate for 30 - 45 minutes.
