Scrambled Egg Breakfast Muffins
Ingredients
- 12 large eggs
- ½ t smoked salt
- 3 T diced onion
- 1 c diced cooked ham
- pepper
- ¼ t garlic powder
- ¼ c diced red pepper
- 1 c sharp cheddar cheese
- ½ c diced baby spinach leaves
Instructions
Preheat oven to 350.
Spray muffin pan with non-stick spray. Or use liners.
Beat eggs. Mix in other ingredients.
Place ⅓ cup of mixture into each muffin silo.
Bake for 20-25 minutes, or until muffin is completely cooked.
