Cauliflower Fried Rice
Ingredients
- fresh or frozen cauliflower, chopped into rice-sized pieces
- eggs
- white onion
- green onions
- carrots
- bean sprouts
- corn
- white pepper
- light soy sauce
- oyster sauce
Instructions
Heat oil in wok, cook eggs. Add onions, green onions, carrots, and sprouts and briefly cook.
Add cauliflower and cook until light brown (3-4 minutes).
Add pepper and soy, stir.
Take off heat and add oyster sauce.
