Mongolian Chicken

Ingredients

    • Chicken and Marinade
    • chicken breast, thinly sliced
    • salt
    • white pepper
    • light soy sauce
    • sesame oil
    • 1 egg white
    • corn starch
    • Stir Fry
    • garlic
    • ginger
    • white onion
    • green onions
    • Sauce
    • 1 T vinegar
    • 1 T wine
    • 1.5 T hoisin sauce
    • chili paste
    • 1 t sugar
    • Final
    • 1 t dark soy sauce

Instructions

Heat oil in wok, cook chicken and remove.

Sauté garlic and ginger. Add veggies.

Add sauce and heat through. Add chicken. Add dark soy.
