Spring Onion and Ginger Chicken
Ingredients
- Chicken and Marinade
- 1 t light soy sauce
- dash sesame oil
- pinch of sugar
- 1 T corn starch
- pinch five spice
- chicken breast, thinly sliced
- Stir Fry
- smashed ginger
- green onions
- garlic, rough chop
- red onion, diced
- green pepper, diced
- 2 T oyster sauce
- dash dark soy sauce
- splash rice wine
- 1-2 T chicken stock
Instructions
Combine marinade ingredients and marinade chicken. While marinading, prepare the rest of the ingredients.
In medium wok heat oil to medium, sear the ginger crisp. Add the green onions and garlic and sear. Add the red onions and green peppers and blister pepper skins. Remove.
Wok to high heat. Cook chicken to just under done. Add veggies back and rest of the ingredients. Stir fry until sauce is thickened.
