Szechuan Beef
Ingredients
- Beef
- 1 ½ lbs steak
- 1 T soy sauce
- 1 T white wine
- 3 T cornstarch
- 3 T sesame oil
- Veggies
- celery, julienned
- carrots, shredded
- green onions, sliced
- fresh ginger, grated
- Sauce
- 1 t crushed red pepper flakes
- ½ t five spice
- minced garlic
- 2 T brown sugar
- 1 T Sriracha
- 4 T soy sauce
- 1 T vinegar
- 2 T water
Instructions
Slice beef and put in beef marinade. Marinate for 10 minutes.
Mix sauce in bowl.
Prepare the veggies.
Stir fry beef. Remove. Stir fry veggies. Add beef and sauce and cook for a minute or two.
