Cajun Sausage and Potatoes
Ingredients
- 3 lbs russet potatoes, peeled and chopped into bite size pieces
- 1 ½ lbs andouille sausage, cut into bite sized pieces
- 1 yellow onion, rough chop
- (optional) 1 10 oz can cream of mushroom soup (I don't like this in anything and leave it out)
- 1 T (or more!) Creole Seasoning
- salt
Instructions
Everyone in the pool. Cook on low for 8 hours.
