Enchilada Sauce
Ingredients
- 2 large yellow onions
- 4 jalapeno peppers
- 4 cloves of garlic, smashed
- ½ c chili powder
- 3 T cumin
- 2 T sugar
- 2 32 oz cans tomato sauce
- 2 c chicken broth
- 2 t beef stock concentrate
- 1 t salt
Instructions
Cut onions in half, remove skins. Cut jalapenos in half and seed.
All ingredients into the crockpot.
Cook 8 hours on low. Stir occasionally.
