Enchilada Sauce

Ingredients

  • 2 large yellow onions
  • 4 jalapeno peppers
  • 4 cloves of garlic, smashed
  • ½ c chili powder
  • 3 T cumin
  • 2 T sugar
  • 2 32 oz cans tomato sauce
  • 2 c chicken broth
  • 2 t beef stock concentrate
  • 1 t salt

Instructions

Cut onions in half, remove skins. Cut jalapenos in half and seed.

All ingredients into the crockpot.

Cook 8 hours on low. Stir occasionally.
