Italian Beef
Ingredients
- 5 lbs rump roast
- 1 t garlic powder
- 1 t dried oregano
- 1 t black pepper
- 1 t dried basil
- 1 t onion powder
- 1 t red pepper flakes
- Italian seasoning
- 1 t dried parsley
- 16 oz beef broth
- bay leaf
- hoagie buns
- gardiniera
Instructions
Rinse the beef. Trim fat if it is excessive. Put beef in crockpot.
Top beef with dry seasonings. Spread seasonings around evenly.
pour broth over beef and add bay leaf
Cook on low for 8 - 10 hours. Shred beef.
Place beef in hoagie buns and top with gardiniera.
