Chocolate Chip Pie

Ingredients

  • 12oz package semi-sweet chips
  • 2 T milk
  • 4 eggs, separated
  • pinch salt
  • dash vanilla
  • baked pie shell
  • whipped cream

Instructions

Melt chips with milk over double boiler. Cool.

Add 4 egg yoks, one at a time to chocolate mixture. Beat well after each.

Add salt and vanilla.

Fold in 4 stiffly beaten egg whites.

Pour in baked pie shell. Chill over night. Serve with whipped cream
