Beer-Can Chicken
Ingredients
- 1 can beer
- 3 ½ - 4 lb chicken
- 2 T 4-3-2-1 Spice Rub
Instructions
Drink ½ the beer. Use a can opener to open more of the can top.
Season chicken with spice rub. Place cavity of chicken (legs down) onto the beer can.
Grill on high indirect heat. Add water pan. Place chicken over indirect heat.
Cook until thickest part of thigh is 165°
