Grilled Root Beer Beef
Ingredients
- 1 ½ lbs flank steak
- 1 T vegetable oil
- 1 t black pepper
- 1 t cayenne pepper
- ½ t ground chipotle pepper
- 1 T ketchup
- ⅓ soy suace
- 2 T cider vinegar
- 12 oz high quality root beer
Instructions
Cut steak down the middle and then across the grain into ½ inch pieces
Mix everything except the steak together. Add steak and marinate overnight.
Remove steak from marinade. Simmer the marinade until slightly thickened.
Place steak onto skewers and grill over high heat.
Serve steak with sauce.
