Chunky Beef, Cabbage, and Tomato Soup
Ingredients
- canola oil
- 1 lb ground beef
- 1 ½ t kosher salt
- ½ c diced onion
- ½ c diced celery
- ½ c diced carrot
- 28 oz can diced or crushed tomatoes
- 5 c chopped green cabbage
- 4 c beef stock
- 2 bay leaves
Instructions
Sauté beef seasoned with salt in oil. Add onion, celery, and carrot.
Add all other ingredients.
Cook on high pressure for 20 minutes. Allow pressure to reduce naturally.
