Ground Beef Bulgogi
Ingredients
- canola oil
- ½ onion, finely chopped
- 2 cloves garlic, minced
- 1 lb ground beef
- 2 green onions, finely chopped
- 1 T toasted sesame seeds
- Sauce Ingredients
- 4 T soy sauce
- 2 T brown sugar
- 1 T sesame oil
- 1 t pepper
Instructions
Mix sauce ingredients.
Heat wok and add oil. Cook onions and garlic. Add beef and cook until done.
Mix in sauce and green onions. Stir and heat through.
Remove from heat and top with sesame seeds.

Preparation time: 5 minutes
Cooking time: 10 minutes
