Deer Camp Salsa

Ingredients

  • 4 roma tomatoes
  • salt-pepper-garlic seasoning
  • 1 jalapeño, use more or hotter peppers to taste
  • 1 garlic clove

Instructions

Cut tomatoes in half. Run over cheese grater, flat face down. Toss away skin. Add pinch of salt-pepper-garlic

Grate pepper, seeds and all.

Grate garlic through fine grater.

Season to taste.
