Salsa
Ingredients
- tomatoes
- hot peppers (jalapeño, serrano, anaheim, habanero, poblano)
- white onion
- olive oil
- garlic
- dried chili peppers
- lime juice
- bunch scallions
- cilantro
- chipotle peppers in adobo sauce
- worchestershire sauce
- sesame oil
- sriracha
- smoked paprika
- chili powder
- onion powder
- cumin powder
- salt
- white & black pepper
- sugar
- creole seasoning
Instructions
Seed tomatoes. Smoke tomatoes and fresh peppers. Careful with the peppers, they don't take as long as the tomatoes.
Rough chop the tomatoes, peppers, and onion. Add that plus the chipotles and some adobo to a food processor. Blend until desired texture and consistency.
Mix in bowl with the rest of the ingredients and refrigerate for at least 12 hours.

Preparation time: 2 hours
Resting time: 12 hours
