Smoked Salt
Ingredients
- kosher salt
Heat smoker to 220°. Wood choice is up to you. Place salt in thin layer on cooking sheet and place in smoker. Spray the top of the salt with a light spritz of water, which helps the smoke to adhere to the salt.
Periodically stir the salt and hit it with a light spritz of water.
Cook for at least 2 hours and as long as you can stand it. The longer in the smoker, the more intense the smoke flavor.
