Southwestern Pita Pockets
Ingredients
- 1 c Ortega salsa, homestyle (split)
- ½ c mayonnaise
- 6 pita bread, cut in half
- 12 smoked turkey or chicken slices
- 12 pepper jack cheese slices
- 2 c shredded lettuce
Instructions
Combine ½ cup salsa and mayonnaise in small bowl. In each pita half, place a slice of turkey, a slice of cheese, lettuce and olives; top with remaining salsa.
