Smoked Bacon Wrapped Turkey Breasts
Ingredients
- 4 c cranberry juice
- ½ c sugar
- ½ c kosher salt
- 4 sprigs rosemary
- 4 sprigs thyme
- 1 head garlic, smashed
- 2 boneless skinless turkey breasts
- bacon
Instructions
Combine first 6 ingredients into a brine. Submerge turkey and marinate overnight.
Remove turkey, rinse and dry.
Wrap the breasts with bacon.
Smoke low and slow until done.
