Turkey Brine
Ingredients
- 1 gal water
- ⅞ c kosher salt
- ¼ cu white sugar
- 1 T onion powder
- 1 T garlic powder
- 1 T paprika
- ½ T white pepper
- ½ T ginger powder
- ½ t dry mustard
- ½ t powdered sage
- ½ t nutmeg
Instructions
Mix and bring to a boil. Allow to cool completely before submerging bird.
