I know I said that Marjie Dip is the best dip in the world. But this is better, if you like things a little spicier.

2 white onions, diced
olive oil
2 2/3 c sour cream
2 2/3 c Kraft mayonnaise
dill weed
Beau Monde
curry powder
garam masala

Saute the onions in the olive oil with salt, until well caramelized. It should take at least 20 minutes. Don't rush it or quit early.

Mix onions and all other ingredients. Add seasoning and taste, adjusting as necessary. This dip tastes much better the next day.

Preparation time: 35 minutes
Resting time: 24 hours
